On Saturday, September 8, 2018, the Cub Scouts of Pack 56 will be holding a walk-a-thon to raise funds to help pay for activities such as camping, special outings, events, etc. The cubs will walk and/or run the track at Sumner Field in Holbrook. One lap around is equivalent to ½ mile. Pledges can be made “per lap walked” or a flat amount can be pledged. Flat rate pledges can be taken before or after the event. All “per lap” pledges will be collected the week after the walk-a-thon.
Attached you will find two documents. One is a sponsor/ pledge sheet which you can use to keep track of all your sponsors. The second is an informational sheet for you regarding the walk-a-thon.
